Why was Flightdeck needed?

Based in Cleobury Mortimer in idyllic south Shropshire countryside, IOM employs four fulltime employees but this more than doubles to 10 when specialist work is required.

It was the growth of the IOM team and the business as a whole that alerted the company to the fact that a more holistic appreciation of the business was needed, something which only a bespoke management system could deal with.
